What are Reward Points, and how do I use them?

We beleive that by providing high quality jewelry to you, you will want to come back and shop with us again....and again! We beleive in rewarding our loyal shoppers with additional discounts and rewards to show our support and gratitude! This is how the reward points work:

$1 = 1 Point
100 points = $5

So if you spend $100.00, you gt $5 off your next order. $200.00, get $10 off your next order. $1000, get $50 off your next order. Your reward is 5% of your last order. Look out for special sales throughout the year for extra reward points! Be aware of the reward point system when comparing prices to our competiton.

How quickly does my order ship?

We ship all orders the next business day after the order is placed. 98% of our items are in stock and ready to ship. If there is any issue with an item on your order, you will be contacted immeadietly.

What if an item is on back order?

98% of our items are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is on back order, we will contact you immediately, and you may select whether you wish to backorder the item, or simply remove the item from the order.

If there is a production wait on an item, it is stated clearly in the item description. For orders over 200 pieces per style per color, we will contact you within 24 hours if there is any delay shipping your jewelry.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Credit Card:

We accept all major Credit Cards. to pay with a credit card simply enter your information on the checkout page after adding all your items to the shopping cart. For your convenience you can save all your credit card info. in your online account profile, if you wish. Please note, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card provided, unless otherwise authorized by an Wholesale Account Manager. We do not accept Credit Cards for International order, other than Canada and the United Kingdom.

C.O.D. Orders

You may pay with COD if you wish. We do not accept any Personal Checks. All COD orders must be paid for with Cashiers Check or Money Order. An additional $7.50 change is applied to your order when ordering COD.

Paypal

You are welcome to pay with paypal when shopping at StormBodyJewelry.com. At checkout, simply select Paypal as your desired payment method. You will be directed to the paypal payment screen, and our paypal address will be provided to you. We can only ship to the VERIFIED paypal address on your paypal account.

What Packaging is used to ship my jewelry?

Each style of Body Jewelry is sealed in heat sealed packaging for its protection. The order is then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside boxes 4x8 manila envelopes, large padded UPS mailers, or boxes wined with padding for larger orders. Each of these methods assures a safe arrival.

What are Reward Points and how do I use them?

We value our return customers at StormBodyJewelry.com, so we are happy to provide a reward point program. For each $100.00 you spend at Storm, we will give you 5 reward points.

How do I review my order history?

To review any of your previous orders with SBJ, simply log in to your account. You will see a list of each of your invoices.
