The barbell consists of a silver leaf charm.At the end of the leaf a two (2) chains drapes over the rim of your ear, and attach to the barbell on the back of your ear. Each chain holds a silver charm - a heart withal pink CZ stone, and a flower with 6 aqua blue gemstones. The chain is set with a 3mm AB Gemstone. This piece is truly unique and fits perfectly. It is also very comfortable.

The barbell is crafted from 316LVM Surgical Grade Stainless Steel for your protection.

i just got this today, was so excited. of course couldn't tell much without opening it. if it can be worn on either ear i don't know how. the stones on the dangle on only on one side. i have a right ear piercing. if i put it on the stones would be facing my head. the only way for the stones to face out would be to put it on backwards.

I thought these earring were cute, though they we're a little different than I thought they would be. The last review wasn't kidding! Putting on the earring can be very difficult. But it's well worth it when you put it on.

I bought this for lower helix piercings. I've been wearing it on the left side, and it is unique and pretty. I've gotten some nice compliments on it. It is a little hard to put on by yourself, as you have to take one end of the chain off, put the barbell through your ear, then try to put the tiny, fragile loop back on the barbell from behind. Gems are glued in, not bezel set, so be careful about not gettting this wet. The charms also tend to get turned around a lot.
